How Grace & Peace Community Church protects your personal data, prayer request confidentiality, and child safety information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when filling out our "Plan Your Visit" pre-registration, prayer request form, event RSVP, or giving portal. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and children's names and birthdates for check-in safety.
2. How We Protect Children's Privacy
Child safety and confidentiality are our highest priority. Information submitted for Grace Kids check-in is encrypted and accessible only by authorized, background-checked church leadership. We do not publicly display children’s full names or identifying personal information anywhere on our digital platforms.
3. Confidential Prayer Requests
Prayer requests designated as "Pastoral Only" are held in strict confidence between Lead Pastor Marcus Vance and Pastor Elena Vance. We never share prayer requests outside our pastoral care circle without your explicit written permission.
4. No Selling or Renting of Data
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
